Lake Myra Elementary School has been my home for teaching since starting in 2017. A Leader in Me school aligns with Stephen Covey's seven habits for highly effective people.

There are five paradigms for educators.

4. Educators empower students to lead their learning.

These paradigms and the seven habits help increase student growth, independence, and leadership.
